NUMERIMAGES ET TEXTUALISATION DE L'AFRIQUE

                En appliquant une grille de lecture basée sur la textualité / révisitation e la topique (utopie du panafricanisme, topologie du journal magazine, médiation basée sur des images numériques), le chercheur reconstitue des conditions singulières de compréhension du monde. L’investissement visuel considère les volets suivants : d’abord il y a la stratégie des “suppléments régionaux“ qui fonde une catégorie dite “ la presse magazine panafricaine“. On remarque dans ces suppléments une option partagée pour les images analogiques, contextualisantes. Ensuite, il y a la stratégie du cahier central. Ici chaque titre de la presse magazine panafricaine engage sa distinction (subjectivation) par les applications numériques : le cadrage non marqué des illustrations lors de la mise en page (Jeune Afrique), le détourage / abstraction du décor (Les Afriques), la surchromatisation (L’Afrique Autrement).

              Two aspects of the picture workshop are here underlined as a double bind: panafricanism as an utopia; the magazine as a genre. First, one can remark within the “supplements notebook” a common attachment of the panafrican news magazines for sociologically pronounced background pictures. Furthemore, as we consider the permanent pages, every of the panafrican magazines involves in his distinction when processing the digital pictures: absence of borders when displaying the illustrations in the newspaper (mostly Jeune Afrique), deleting the scenery and replacing with an artificial color display, (mostly les Afriques), addition of light and color (mostly l’Afrique Autrement).
